Uncontested Cases
In some situations, the parties to a divorce case are working together (without counsel) to resolve matters. However, there is quite a bit of paperwork that goes along with a divorce that can create a hurdle to proceeding without the assistance of counsel.
I offer what I call a “limited scope representation” to assist those who have uncontested cases but want to ensure:
● their paperwork is done correctly and will pass muster with the Court;
● their paperwork accurately reflects the agreements made;
● their paperwork will be enforceable; and
● the process will go smoothly.
A limited scope representation is significantly cheaper than a traditional divorce action as my role is limited to preparing paperwork based on the agreements you’ve made and assisting you with the filing process.
